Alok Darshan
Alok Darshan has close to two decades of hands-on knowledge on multiple technology stacks encompassing Oracle, Microsoft, ERP’s (Oracle& Microsoft), Middleware, Data warehouse/ Analytics, Cloud, Enterprise Content Management, Customer Relationship Management and mobility. He has led Application business practice for industry majors such as HCL and Steria for many years. Geographically he has worked in India, US, Europe and the Middle East. He has sound knowledge of Retail, Telco, BFSI and Utility sector. In terms of clients he has worked for British Telecom, NHS, various APDRP in India, GE Environmental services, Ministry of Justice, Airtel, Tesco, Morrison, Pernord record, QIB, Etisalat and many more, He is management graduate from IIM Bangalore and certified data scientist from Standford.
Ashesh Ranjan

Has deep experience of IT Planning, Architectures, Development, Integration, Security, Compliance and Risk Management and Customer experience in leading edge technologies on Product or Bespoke based solutions and deployments using various industry standards, methodologies, templates. Archana Jha
As a marketing and brand management professional Archana has promoted, maintained and fostered synergistic brand image through all mediums: print, digital, social media, public relations, communication channels, editorials, events and advertising. As a partner to organisation’s growth and revenue enhancement, have liaised with the category head to design effective promotions for different TGs and products. She has effectively manage and create collaterals for the private labels, international brands like GNC and Yves Rocher well known international labels to persuade prospects and have also been actively involved in customer retention through diffusing customer discontent at store or online level. As an experienced corporate communications professional, Archana expertise lies in engaging customer, enhancing customer touch points and improving UI and UX for the consumer on digital mediums which includes the effervescent social media too. As a content specialist, she breeze through content editing for blogs, websites, press releases, social media, newsletters, marketing collaterals. As a communication specialist, She can manage different stakeholders while engaging in Internal Communications and Corporate Communications. Archana is proficient in managing press conferences and events.
